While driving east on Willow Street on Lansing’s north side, an 18-year-old female claims she was shot at by her ex-boyfriend around 9:30 a.m., Thursday, according to the Lansing State Journal.
It’s the latest of a series of public shootings inside the city limits and happening during daylight hours.
