How do you feel about medical marijuana clinics and stores locating in Lansing?

by Wes Thorp on March 16, 2010

Michigan’s medical marijuana law is in the process of being implemented right now?  What about the city of Lansing?  Can we expect clinics and stores that will deal with the evaluation of patients and with the sale of the substance?

Lansing At-large City Council-member Carol Wood, in her blog today, shares information on the topic provided at a recent Council Public Safety Committee meeting where Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings provided an update on the law and what it means for a local unit of government.

She asks for city residents to share their reaction by commenting on her blog.  In the blog post, she also reports about various other issues to come before the committee, including courtroom safety.
