Households in the Lansing-area are pulling up stakes and moving elsewhere, according to a Lansing State Journal story this a.m. Many of these are moving out of state says the IRS which released a nationwide study of migration.
For Ingham County, the story says:
“In that time, the net loss of households in Ingham County more than doubled to 1,498 in 2008, according to an analysis of recently released Interna Revenue Service migration data, which compares where taxpayers filed their returns from one year to the next.”
