The Lansing State Journal says this morning that winter weather this year in mid-Michigan will not be easy, but it won’t be as hard as last year. Expect plenty of cold and snow. It had been predicted earlier that this winter would be kind of balmy. Weather patterns have changed and, as a result, heating bills will still be a significant factor in everybody’s budget.
