Read on for some good news that’s starting to come Lansing’s way.
The first of the now 700 transplants from GM’s assembly plant in Spring Hill, TN are roaming around the area looking for housing and making plans to move their families north. They are part of the movement of workers to the car company’s Delta Township plant where the new Traverse will be made.
It’s a positive for our area, but check out where the individuals in the WILX TV 10 story are looking for housing. Those mentioned seem to be bypassing the city’s amazing housing bargains and are looking in Charlotte, Grand Ledge and the other outer suburbs.
