Getting all "fudged up" in Lansing (MI) next Monday at Lansing Community College

by Wes Thorp on June 17, 2009

I just got this e-mail from the Lansing Principal Shopping District about how Lansing Community College is trying to get into the Guiness Book of Records by making the largest slab of chocolate fudge ever.  It will take place on the West Campus and will be attended by a passel of celebrities.

It will take place over the course of several hours.  Takes place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with ceremonies at 3 p.m.

Click here for more details and instructions on how to order. Proceeds will go for scholarships at LCC.

One word: Sweet!

Hello everybody,

I am a student at Michigan State University and I just wanted to tell other people that live in Lansing about an association called LINK (IT Development) . This organization is comprised of business professionals throughout the Lansing area. It’s mission is to provide a place where people can meet and greet to make business connections they normally would not explore. Its a non-profit networking organization and could really help others in the Lansing community. The website is http://milinc.org. Check it out.
