This is good news about the city of Lansing (MI) and its something worth celebrating among those whom have to count their pennies more closely these days.
The National Association of Homebuilders says Lansing is the number one most affordable city in the country with less than 500,000 population.
What does this mean?
It means that homebuyers can get a good deal for their money and that other living costs are affordable. It’s a great place for all age groups and now it’s confirmed that it’s very affordable.

I have noticed that there is a lot of attention given to Lansing Mi. I live near Lansing IL. and it is also a great city to live in and about the same size. It is very affordable but Lansing Mi. seem to be more popular. I would be interested to know why. I am just wondering is there a way to compare the two.
