Lansing (MI) Board of Water and Light General Manager talks about rate increases and future

Electric, water and steam bills are getting more costly in the city of Lansing because of rate increases by the muncipally-owned Lansing Board of Water and Light.  In an interview with the State Journal editorial board, Peter Lark, BWL general manager gives a status report.  It’s worth watching.
