Lansing (MI) is a city filled with a plethora of outstanding neighborhoods for wide-variety of needs and tastes.
The Averill Woods Neighborhood Association on the southwest side is a group of neighbors who band together to help each other and to deal with issues that arise.
That’s why the association is expected to present proposed bylaws at its next meeting, Thursday, Jan. 22. As challenges become more complicated, the group found it was necessary to formalize its organizational structure.
