I just spotted this story in the Lansing City Pulse about buzz of a study on whether Lansing should take over all trash collection inside the city. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, I haven’t had time to look at the pros and cons of this issue.
Such an action would effectively shutdown trash collection for Granger and Waste Management inside the city.
For the average citizen, is that a good or bad move?
